This spring, the Swedish songwriter, singer, and guitarist Jesper Lindell, together with his orchestra, The Brunnsvik Sounds, released the magnificent album “Before The Sun”. The album is a follow-up to “Twilight,” which was released in 2022 in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic. It became a turning point for Lindell, who achieved his well-deserved breakthrough — not only in Sweden but also across Europe, where “Twilight” climbed the charts and led to over 60 concerts around the continent.

With the follow-up “Before The Sun,” Jesper Lindell has managed to generate even greater enthusiasm than before. The album reached an impressive #2 spot on the Swedish Top-40 this spring and has now also captured the attention of Americans. “Before The Sun” is released on an American record label, and the band has just completed a month-long tour in the USA, where they garnered glowing reviews and overwhelmingly positive reactions.

The just 28-year-old Lindell broke through in 2017 with the debut single “Moving On,” created in collaboration with Swedish stars First Aid Kit. The song, which quickly earned him a gold record, has today been streamed more than 8 million times on Spotify.
