Newsletter Subscription
Purpose:
Distribution of newsletters.
Legal basis for processing:
Article 6(1)(f):
It is reasonable to expect that we process contact information when the data subject has expressed a desire to receive newsletters.
Storage of your personal data:
We retain your contact information for as long as you wish to receive newsletters. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your information will subsequently be deleted. If you have not opened our emails for an extended period of approximately one year, we will reassess the relevance of our continued processing of your personal data.
The Nashville Nights App
The app collects anonymised usage data through Firebase Analytics (Google) and the Meta SDK to measure app installations and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. This data is used solely to improve the app and measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities.
No personally identifiable information is collected without your consent. The app stores your favourite shows locally on your device. This data never leaves your phone.
If You Apply for a Job or Volunteer Position with Us
Purpose:
Assessment of the candidate’s qualifications.
Types of personal data:
General identification information, contact information and employment-related information.
Legal basis for processing:
Article 6(1)(f):
It is reasonable to expect that we process the information that the candidate chooses to provide to us.
Source of your personal data:
In cases where we use headhunting services, publicly available information may be provided by such a company.
Storage of your personal data:
We retain personal data for a maximum of 3 months. Typically, the personal data collected in connection with an application for a specific position is deleted once the position has been filled. Unsolicited applications are deleted immediately if they are not relevant. Relevant unsolicited applications are deleted after a maximum of 3 months.
When You Enter into a Dialogue Regarding Potential Collaboration
Purpose:
Contact and dialogue regarding potential collaboration.
Legal basis for processing:
Article 6(1)(f):
It is reasonable for us to process the contact information of a data subject who wishes to enter into a dialogue regarding potential collaboration.
Storage of your personal data:
We retain personal data for a maximum of 6 months after the last contact.
When You Are a Customer
Purpose:
Identification and means of contact for the purpose of managing the customer relationship.
Types of personal data:
General contact and identification information.
Legal basis for processing:
Article 6(1)(b): The data subject is a signatory to a contract.
Article 6(1)(c): The data subject is relevant in connection with purchases and payments, cf. the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Article 6(1)(f): It is reasonable to process the data subject’s personal data due to their position and role in the customer relationship.
Source of your personal data:
When a collaboration is initiated, we receive information about the relevant individuals involved in the collaboration. Personal data may be provided by employees of the customer company.
Storage of your personal data:
We retain your personal data for the duration of the collaboration. Following termination or completion of the collaboration, the information is retained for up to an additional 5 years.
We immediately delete personal data relating to employees or volunteers who have left their position once we have been notified of their departure.
When You Participate in Meetings, Events, etc.
Purpose:
Registration and identification of participants, as well as the ability to contact participants where relevant.
Legal basis for processing:
Article 6(1)(f):
It is reasonable that we are able to identify our participants and contact them where relevant.
Storage of personal data:
The information is retained for up to 2 years.
Personal data may be disclosed to:
Speakers and, where applicable, co-organisers. Information about such parties will always be stated in the relevant invitation, handouts, etc.

In certain circumstances, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
