Søren Okholm has been singing since the age of 6. Søren grew up in Middelfart and started his musical career with piano and singing lessons at the local music school. In 1998, he was admitted to the Funen Music Conservatory and in 2004 he graduated as a diploma-educated rhythmic singer and music teacher.

After completing his education, Søren has made a living as a freelance singer and musician. He is the lead singer in a handful of bands, regularly performs as a soloist with various orchestras, and has also participated in performances at Odense Theatre. Søren has performed with artists such as Lis Sørensen, Peter A.G., Søs Fenger, Shaka Loveless, Erann DD, Monique, Bobo Moreno, Dicte, Søren Huss, Zididada, and many others.

In addition to his performing career, Søren has, since 2001, been an orchestra and choir leader for more than 20 musicals around the country.

As a singer, Søren is incredibly versatile. He moves effortlessly between different genres such as pop, rock, jazz, and soul, and possesses a playful musicality that ensures no two concerts are alike. He always manages to reach beyond the stage and connect with his audience with his warm and empathetic voice.
