By day, he works as an emergency room physician, but as soon as the scrubs come off, he steps into the role of a budding country artist and songwriter. With remarkable dedication, he pursues a musical career without letting go of his calling as a doctor.

Rooted in a small town in West Virginia, Zack Runyon draws his inspiration from traditional, down-to-earth country, filled with love, heartache, and the small moments of everyday life. When he’s not at home, he works in Nashville, where he writes songs, performs at songwriter rounds, and has established himself as a powerful and authentic storyteller. Runyon has released two singles: his debut “That’s What Up” (October 2024) and “Float” (September 2025).
