When you say Odense Boldklub and Nashville Nights, you’re talking about two strong communities, each beating in rhythm with the heart of Odense. Now, these two forces are joining together in a brand-new partnership that will bring football, music, and community even closer – to the delight of both fans and festivalgoers.
Music at the Heart of OB
The collaboration between OB and Nashville Nights marks a new chapter in the club’s ambition to reach beyond the stadium and become a gathering point for the entire city. The first taste of this partnership will come on Sunday, August 31, when OB takes on FC Nordsjælland at Nature Energy Park. Here, international country artist Dan Smalley will take the stage in the Albani Fanzone with a live performance that sets the tone for what’s to come.
From Fanshop to Venue
During the Nashville Nights Festival, taking place September 11–14, OB fans can also look forward to something truly special: the OB Fanshop on Kongensgade 39 will be transformed into an intimate concert stage, where audiences can experience songwriters and artists from Denmark, Europe, and the USA up close.
A Stronger Odense
For OB, the collaboration is a natural part of the club’s strategy to create complete experiences both on and off the pitch:
“Coming to Odense Stadium should be a full experience – you should feel that you get something with you regardless of the result on the field. This collaboration with Nashville Nights builds a bridge to one of the city’s strong cultural institutions and lifts the experience for our fans,” says OB’s Fan Experience Manager, Daniel Walsh.
Nashville Nights organizer Stefan Mørk also shares his excitement – both as festival director and lifelong OB supporter:
“For me, this is a dream come true. OB and Nashville Nights share the same DNA: we want to create unique experiences for the people of Odense. Joining forces feels so right – and maybe it’s the beginning of a brand-new adventure for the club, the festival, and the entire city,” he says.
A Community Across Sports and Culture
With this partnership, OB and Nashville Nights want to strengthen the bonds across sports and culture – inviting the whole city into a community where both football and music take center stage.
